UPDATE: A news release form the Dixon Police Department says the person found in the Rock River yesterday has been identified as Raymond Reidl, 68, of Dixon. An autopsy is pending. The incident is still under investigation by the Dixon Police Department, Illinois State Police CSI Division and the Lee County Coroner’s Office.
